gold but wrong???

no the ultimate stoner series these, cheech an chong are crappy B movies,if you see this.

Nice and rude, without censorship, absurd situations

Find the three parts very funny anyway, even if you no longer smoke weed.'

part 3 (it's almost Christmas again) so also worth it.

of course some jokes are too easy.

Nice sequel that's even funnier than the first part. It all starts very vulgar, and it stays that way, but there are enough successful jokes in it. The supporting role of Harris is again very funny. The film regularly reminded us of South Park, something I also read back here, and that is certainly a compliment. The third (Christmas) part is significantly less.

Follow-ups may lose the charm of the original in other hands, were it not for the fact that directors of this sequel to Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle - Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg - were also the writers of that film. That may explain that the three Harold & Kumar films were made by different directors, but have the same tone; they all come from the same duo in the end. And luckily, because more of that adolescent absurd craziness from White Castle was quite welcome. And what's called, Harold & Kumar 2 is even more absurd and above all rude than its predecessor. The tune 'more' certainly applies here; more puberty, more sex and more Neil Patrick Harris. The film has enough witty sequences, especially everything around the extremely politically incorrect police officer Rob Corddry is hilarious. Especially if he jumps out of that plane.

3.5 stars.
