Emma is a teenager when she is the victim of a terrible traffic accident in London. Her brain is severely damaged and she also needs psychiatric help. Her mother, Silvia, keeps her at home and Emma's personality becomes very aggressive leading to a horrifying series of murders and acts of violence.
