Kigali, des Images contre un Massacre plot

June 1994. While the genocide by extremist Hutu militias and the army rages on, about a hundred refugees have sought safe shelter in a parish. During an attack on that refuge, cameraman-reporter Jean-Christophe Klotz is also hit by a bullet in the hip. Ten years later, he returns to Rwanda in search of traces of survivors and of the traveling companions that have faded from his memory. This quest forms the basis for a reflection on the hypocrisy and cowardice of world politics and on the failure of the (visual) media to shake the international community out of its lethargy.
