Troma always balances between the deliciously wrong pulp and the abominably bad nonsense. Here it unfortunately goes overboard with jokes that miss their target to the point of being annoying. Just bad, but not creatively bad.

Nice film in which the monstrous superhero is bored now that there is no more evil in his town. Bad taste, but the film does not pretend to be more than that. Perhaps a little less spontaneous and fresh than its predecessor and the humor is sometimes a little weak. Also a bit on the long side, but this is justified by the many, long action scenes.

Boring and long drawn out garbage film from the mindset of director duo Michael Herz and Lloyd Kaufman, the second of whom has of course been known for his Troma background for a long time. Since the first part was a reasonable success, it was of course a matter of waiting for the sequel to arrive and the fact that this whole thing was actually already part of the third film perhaps says something about the ambition of the makers. Unfortunately, that ambition does not go much further than very bad acting, a very ugly make-up and extremely childish jokes. A considerable part is spent on the search for the father Ron Fazio, a rather long middle section that seems to last forever. It is therefore certainly not easy to sit through this film smoothly, but the practical effects provide some bonus points.
