Winged Creatures plot

"One moment shattered their lives."

After a shooting that takes place in Los Angeles, the survivors are mysteriously linked. Their lives have changed drastically and only in each other's company do they find peace. It is difficult for the family and friends to see how little they can do for these victims. Everyone suddenly finds themselves in a completely different life. A film that makes clear how relative and vulnerable people's lives are.

Winged Creatures

Dakota Fanning plays an overly annoying role as usual. A role in which she acts like an adult while playing an approximately 13/14 year old girl. Pity. Forest Whitaker, on the other hand, was the better one in the movie, and was also the only storyline that was mildly engaging. For the rest, a far from fascinating spectacle. The whole aftermath of the cafe shooting is simply not interesting to the viewer anywhere. Unfortunately.

Despite the nice star cast, this was only a mediocre drama that never really gets interesting and drags on until the mediocre end. Despite the dramatic event (which you don't really grab) you never really get a spell with the characters because of the poor story. Of the cast, Forest Whitaker still did well and Kate Beckinsale looked beautiful, but those are actually the two highlights of this film.

I didn't think the movie was that bad at all. It's just always hard when there are too many characters you're supposed to empathize with. This film fails to make a whole, but it does show the impact such an event can have on very different characters.
