Surprisingly nice.

The trailer for Ocelot's film never really interested me, but I have been curious about his films for a while. This was a nice introduction.

The film takes a while to get going. The shadow play takes some getting used to and is not terribly impressive. The French dub is also not very strong. Yet the film continues to enchant more and more. Beautiful soundtrack and very sweet stories. The shadow work is also starting to become more and more charming.

The first two videos were a bit of a struggle, but after that I was able to fully enjoy the simple but fun stories. Especially very charming, considering the rather child-friendly dub.

Not big or impressive, but certainly fun to watch, thanks to the special visual style and the funny undertone of most of the videos.
