"Woman ... on a Man-hunt"
An American governor would like to run for the Senate, but if a secret from his past were to be revealed, it would certainly damage his political aspirations. An old FBI investigation will show that he once committed a murder. The governor turns to a gangster boss for support. He arranges for a low-level officer at the FBI to steal the governor's records, but then it turns out she's been murdered. The FBI puts two agents on this murder case.
