Rock'n Roll Never Dies plot

Tiger, an overly honest student, dreams of becoming a rock legend. When the factory in Tiger's hometown threatens to close, Jack Nevada, one of Tiger's heroes, turns out to be the owner. He invites Tiger to play in Helsinki, but it appears that Jack Nevada wants to recruit people for the miracle drug Eternal Youth.
