Boring conspiracy film by director duo Uwe Boll and Frank Lustig, who don't do much more with it than an unreasonably drawn out conversation between two unimpressive gentlemen. The acting is not all that bad and every now and then there is a noteworthy scene, for which an extra half point. The rest of the film is barely watchable, with boring dialogues, boring situations and a whole lot of boring conversations to summarize it briefly. For Boll this film is unrecognizable, but of course you have to do something if you have absolutely no budget. It is solved here (not exactly creatively) with extra focus on the content, only presented so dryly and uninterestingly that even with a short playing time of only 74 minutes it is impossible to get through.
