Boston, Massachusetts in the year 2007, while a modern take on the Cold War is underway. The Russians are conducting a chemical offensive against the west and are spreading a deadly virus that quickly kills a whole series of victims. Fearing contamination, the United States is closing all its gates and is obligated to place the last of the migrants in a number of large concentration camps. One of the inmates is a dangerous psychopath who carries the virus and he will be highly contagious in two hours. The entire camp is in danger and it's up to the police to discover this sick miscreant. One of the camp's residents, Delon, loses her husband to the virus and plans to escape with her child.
