"Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's Honey of a Musical"

Cadet Bud Hooper of the Winsocki Military Academy, sends an invitation to movie star Lucille Ball to come to Winsocki's big dance. Lucille's publicity-hungry manager convinces her to go, to push her career back to the fore. What Bud hadn't counted on is his girlfriend Helen Schlesinger showing up unexpectedly at the party.
