Georgian Viktor Zilenko developed the chip 'Exterminator' together with the Russians years ago. If this chip is implanted in a soldier's body, it is possible for the soldier to feel no pain. However, if the soldier does not return within 12 hours, the chip will explode, including the soldier. The Russians want to buy this piece of nanotechnology again, through the intervention of a French spy.
