A film that lives up to its average, the concept is entertaining and the film also delivers a laugh here and there. The transformation from uberloser to confident man is nicely portrayed and those workshops also provide some nice situations with all those losers together.

Still, I get the feeling that it could have been a little funnier / nonsensical. Sometimes it got a bit too serious for me, despite the fun and silly supporting roles of Stiller, among others.

3*

Nice entertainment.

Enough accommodating and here and there some funny moments. The ending is also nicely done.

Billy Bob Thornton is brilliantly convincing in his role. Jon Heder has a striking and funny voice (almost reminded me of the voice of Butt-Head from Beavis & Butt-Head) and also fits this role, it's just a shame that he acts so expressionless and lacks charisma. Other than that, all pretty well done.

3.5*

Watched this one without really knowing what it was about and it was better than expected. The film was less predictable than expected. The movie isn't super funny, but every now and then it did put a smile on my face.

Billy Bob Thornton plays the bastard again and there was a small part for Ben Stiller (with mustache ).

A nice movie if you want a relaxing movie night.
