"Scream your last breath."

Nice that reference during the film to Tomb Raider, because in the recent reboot Lara Croft also started out as a timid lady and then turned into a genocidal, female Rambo in a very short time. Same indeed with Sarah, came a bit out of the blue. I don't find it believable. I could still have it a little bit with Juno, because as viewers we already know that she is physically top fit and that she is a real adrenaline junkie. Kind of like someone who is better able to protect themselves than others. Anyway, not counting that otherwise an exciting film that looked away excellently.

Just the full 5 stars. Never thought it would go that way. I'm also someone who just wants to have fun with film. Wonderful horror. I think the ratings are too low, but horror usually never gets much.

The Descent is a film with a nice build-up and a claustrophobic horror scenario at the end. Not bored for a second. Beautiful images and excellent acting.
