Belfast, 1980. Colin is Catholic and George is Protestant, they are both barbers in an institution. They should be enemies but to everyone's surprise they become business partners. They hear of a deranged man formerly known as 'The Scalper' who has an impressive list of bald people in Belfast. When they get the list, their fight for a hairpiece monopoly in Belfast begins.
