Little Nellie Kelly plot

Although her father objects, Nellie still marries the handsome Jerry Kelly. When they announce that they will move to New York after a short time, it is again against the sore leg of Nellie's father, but she manages to convince him to go to the city with them. Jerry becomes a cop, but fighting crime seems easier than fighting his father-in-law. After Nellie dies giving birth to their first child, Jerry and his father-in-law take care of growing little Nellie, who looks exactly like her mother in everything.
