"Paramount's Nautical Musical!"

Twin sisters Rosemary and Susan Allison have successful nightclub performances. But then things threaten to go wrong when the more serious Rosemary announces that she wants to join the army. The frivolous Susan therefore decides to sign up, especially after learning that singer Johnny Cabot has also gone into military service.
