This semi-documentary, together with "Reefer Madness" and "Cocaine Fiends", is part of a trilogy in which the makers try to convince the public of the dangers of a riotous lifestyle. Millicent Hamilton (Vivian McGill) is a pretty girl from the countryside who moves to the big city for a career in showbiz. She contracted syphilis there and returned to her village disillusioned. Millicent renews relationships with childhood sweetheart Wendel Hope (Mark Daniels), but her illness leaves them with a disabled child and Wendel dies.
