On her Alice in Wonderland-esque journey, the dull life of Amanda (Marlee Matlin) continues to disintegrate, and the uncertain world of quantum mechanics becomes increasingly visible beneath the surface of everyday reality. But her life now serves more as a human touchstone for the mystical and increasingly enigmatic science that is being unfolded. The scientists are the real stars, but they are also people who do not exceed the intelligence of the average viewer with their information. They make clear in which ways people are connected with each other and with the cosmos, and how we all influence reality.
