Starts a bit slow, but once Aquamarine appears, the film starts to get funny. Funny and lighthearted, and quite riddled with teenage girl stuff - but of course you already know that when you look at the poster, so that shouldn't come as a surprise.

The three girls don't play bad, although I might have expected a little more from Emma Roberts.

Lame.

Children's film of which I saw several faces when I was younger. I think being a mermaid or meeting it was always a thought that was popular during our childhood, so this film kind of taps into it. I can't say that it was otherwise very successful.

Roles are played by well-known actresses, a number of names who have certainly made a career in today's time. If it was the movie, I wouldn't have noticed. All three ladies play rather deadly roles. They all have to have their own personality and there are some nice scenes in between, but otherwise it hardly comes out.

Furthermore, in terms of decor, a bit more imaginative, but few really impressive images. Perhaps the fact of a mermaid will provide some entertainment. That's where the creative pieces come from, but otherwise this is a film for children who can hardly really fill in the fantasy or nostalgia of earlier times.
