The Crossing 2 plot
Sequel to “The Crossing” (2014). Doctor Zekun is in a difficult situation. His mother wants him to marry Meifang, his brother's widow. But Zekun loves Masako, who writes him many letters, but all of them are burned by his mother. Yuzhen is desperate to board the Taiping, convinced that her fiancé is waiting for her in Taiwan. In the hospital, where she works as a volunteer, she is briefly reunited with the seriously injured Daqing. Yunfen, the pregnant wife of General Lei, also boarded the Taiping. Overloaded with passengers and cargo, the ship begins its disastrous journey to Taiwan in January 1949…
