"Four Jills in a Jeep" is loosely based on the story of a USO team of four girls who supported American troops overseas. Kay Francis, Martha Raye, Carole Landis and Mitzi Mayfair play themselves as they recall their recent lightning tour of Europe and North Africa. With many (singing) performances by famous film stars from that time, such as Betty Grable, Carmen Miranda, Alice Faye and Jimmy Dorsey and his famous orchestra.
