"He's a Sixty Million Dollar Man But He Has Only a Mouth, a Head, and a Penis!"
Sing is a rich, obnoxious egotist who spends his days making fun of others. At school, his new victim is the wimpy Chung Chung, her uncle, Chang Sze, is a school teacher and a crazy inventor. Sing goes out with his beautiful neighbor at one point, but her husband, a Japanese mob boss, catches them and Sing is beaten hard and left for dead. Sing is eventually rescued by Chang Sze who turns him into a kind of superman who can transform into all kinds of household objects. He picks up his life again, looks for a job as a teacher and meets the now very beautiful Chung Chung. Sing falls in love instantly and tries to win over Chung Chung, but in the meantime the Japanese mob boss has also learned that Sing is still alive...
