The Romanian setting fits well and director Joel Soisson benefits from Doug Bradley as the antagonist, but otherwise creates a very boring film with a quite unbalanced pace. The relatively short running time of only 87 minutes feels endless and the characters find themselves again and again in situations that hardly matter. It's still amazing how they were able to stretch this concept into so many films, but that stretch is gone and it results in a completely uninteresting mess. Depicted without passion and edited soullessly, with only the nice characters and fascinating location choices to sparsely develop nice moments.
