Jennifer's Shadow plot

"May you finally rest in peace"

After a 10-year absence, actress Jennifer Cassi returns to Buenos Aires for the funeral of her twin sister Johanna. Her sister's stately home is now hers. Jennifer wants to sell the property as soon as possible. Her grandmother, Mary Ellen Cassi, who lives in the house with ailing Aunt Emma, resists tooth and nail. In addition, Jennifer is also tormented by intense and disturbing dreams of ravens pecking out her entrails. She discovers that she suffers from the same disease that killed her sister and her parents. Jennifer suspects her grandmother. There is a link between the illness and Marry Ellen's miraculous recovery from cancer 20 years ago.
