The nerdy Clifford has been able to arrange a date with the beautiful Kelly. But when he comes to pick her up in the evening, Kelly isn't home. Clifford learns from her flatmate Margo that she is visiting her ex-boyfriend, a DJ at a popular nightclub. Clifford goes in search of Kelly with Margo and her best friend CeCe. But the girls prefer to find the hunky rock star Bruno X, who is rumored to be partying somewhere in LA.
