The Best House in London plot

"From top to bottom ... it's the best place in town!"

The film is about a young man who fights in the army in 19th century London. Actually, it was an excuse, because he was more concerned with beautiful women in lingerie and the beautiful coats where the ladies' breasts just happened to "fall out".
