If Col. Rimfire claims that cats are the most intelligent creatures on Earth, Granny feels insulted and claims that her birdie Tweety can fly around the world in eighty days and collect eighty paw prints from cats. A bet is made and all participants pledge to sponsor the local playground if Tweety makes it.
