I couldn't really enjoy this. Lots of talk, little action. Only at the end does it get nice, but otherwise it's pumped up nothingness.

Indeed, not too much happens, and the coolest character in the movie (the Godzilla-like creature) is finished in no time 
The sets and costumes are fine (as in almost every Hercules film), and Reeves can flex his muscles like no other, but the nun story just doesn't fascinate for a moment.

Hercules, a sandal movie with perhaps the most aesthetic bodybuilder of all time Steve Reeves. The man had more masculinity in his beard than most men have in their whole body. Too bad his own voice was dubbed by someone else in this movie. The original movie poster with red background is nicer than the one used here. Steve then shows off his incredible wide 'lats' (wings), chest and shoulders in full glory.
