Dying at Grace plot

A documentary about dying in dignity. Five terminally ill patients in a hospital's special care unit share the last days of their lives with a film crew. In this way they hope that their story will help others with their fear of dying and death. Their friends, family and care staff also participate in the story, which is told without voiceover.
