Six of the world's scariest psychopaths escape from a local mental institution. They decide to immediately terrorize the unsuspecting visitors of a Halloween fair. The fair has a number of themed mazes, which are inspired by the different forms of terrorizing. The latter is something that the psychopaths know how to deal with.
