Troubled young woman Lynn Hart escapes from a mental institution. Here she is imprisoned after murdering her father who abused and raped her. She ends up in a small town in California, where she meets the old farmer Zambrini. He runs a motel and associated cafe. When Lynn begins killing men who resemble her father, Zambrini helps her dispose of the bodies by feeding them to his pigs. Local Sheriff Dan Cole, who is investigating the disappearances, and a private detective hired by the facility, slowly track down Lynn.

A Grindhouse piece, complete with matching bad editing. You don't really need to watch the film for the horror scenes; they are 1972 level, and you're used to a bit more by now. Still not a complete failure, because the relationship between the motel owner with man-eating pigs and psycho Lynn is functional but also quite moving.
Right, getting moved by a movie with man-eating pigs—people will also be moved by Deep Throat, but you must be a bit crazy somewhere.
