It is good that there is a focus on a completely different division of the army, far away from the war zone, but that did not produce very interesting scenes in this film. I also did not find the acting performances to be of a high level, so I can still speak of a disappointment (although I am a huge fan of the genre).

Mediocre film in which a soldier helps bury the deceased soldiers, but he actually wants to fight at the front. A war drama about the Vietnam war with certainly a number of good scenes. However, as a whole the film lacks some focus and therefore comes across as a bit long-winded. Good acting, but not exactly the best film by Francis Ford Coppola.
