Very lame Austin Powers rip-off, with some nice jokes in the beginning. Unfortunately, the rest of the film isn't much special, and the (horribly plastic-looking) Denise Richards in particular does a really bad job. A good soundtrack, but that's about it.

1.5 stars.

Rich, white men are out to keep the black community small and white women (with pink nipples!) steal the brothers from the sistas en masse: the inferiority complex is clearly in place.

Despite this, Undercover Brother is not a complete failure (as later Soul Plane would be); Griffin and Chappelle are simply too funny for that and the film has a nice sense of self-mockery. In addition, the film refrains from the usual (and expected) shit and pee fun that seems to have become commonplace these days.

2.5* then.
