"A comedy bordering on insanity."
Immigration police raid a toy factory and take 115 illegal foreigners with them. However, they also include a Mexican-looking man who was born in East Los Angeles and only came to pick up his cousin. But because he looks Mexican and has no papers with him, he is expelled from the country with the illegals. He makes every possible effort to come back, but because he has no papers he will have to turn to people smugglers and for that he must first earn money.
