J'ai Épousé une Ombre plot
It is about the unmarried and heavily pregnant woman who survives a train accident and is subsequently mistaken for a fellow passenger (an accident). The initially unintended identity exchange does not turn out unfavorably: she is taken in by her alleged in-laws (rich winegrowers) who can offer her and her child a future. However, her boyfriend is a brute, who suddenly reappears after having previously burst her.
