Reasonable film in which two cops who are not allowed to participate in a reality TV show. A rather cliché buddy cop action comedy with a simple plot that doesn't know how to captivate. But there are some entertaining scenes and the film is not too long. In addition, the casting of Robert DeNiro and Eddie Murphy works well.

Reasonable.

Both Robert De Niro and Eddie Murphy are, each in their own way, enormously talented, but in 2002 both had a turning point in their careers. A film like this could of course never stop that, it's too easy an action comedy for that. But it doesn't do much wrong either, although it could all be a bit funnier. The family-friendliness is high, otherwise I might have enjoyed it just a bit more. Now Showtime remains a good and somewhat tame in-between.

Small 3
