Peur sur la Ville plot
After receiving a series of threatening phone calls, Nora Elmer falls from the top floor of her apartment complex. Her death is investigated by Inspector Jean Letellier, who soon receives a mysterious phone call from someone who calls himself Minos. Minos says he wants to free Paijs from all licentious women. Letellier realizes he is dealing with a maniacal serial killer.
