"Revenge Has No Limits"
DEA agents Mike Ryan and John Grogan are on a camping trip with Grogan's wife and son when they're called back to capture ruthless drug dealer Victor Chow. Upon the arrest, Mike and John become entangled in the firefight and Chow manages to escape by using Grogan as a shield and then shooting him dead. After the funeral, Ryan is sent home on leave by his bosses, but he decides to go after Chow on his own and travels to Hong Kong after him. Time is precious because Chow has developed a synthetic drug that will be available on the streets in America within weeks. Meanwhile, Ryan becomes entangled in the Chinese underworld with no turning back.
