Intermezzo plot
World-renowned violinist Professor Holger Brandt returns home to his family after a tour. He and his wife have been married for a long time, but their love for each other has cooled. When their daughter gets a new piano teacher, Anita, Mr. Brandt falls in love with her and takes her on his new series of concerts. Yet the feelings for his wife have not completely disappeared.
