Lucy Cullins is a successful but cranky producer at a home shopping TV channel. She hires Nick to play Santa on the live broadcasts and it becomes a huge success. Much to her surprise, Nick claims to be the real Santa Claus and tells her that she is the chosen one to succeed him. But Lucy doesn't believe in Santa anymore, let alone take over his job.
