"A cinematographic novel in 2 parts from the life of smugglers"
Semyon Gorbunkov goes on a cruise to Istanbul. Once there, he slips into a narrow alley and breaks his arm. What he doesn't know is that this is a signal from a gang of smugglers. So out of nowhere two men appear and put a bandage on his arm with diamonds hidden in it. After he returns home, the smugglers try to get their diamonds back, while the police use Semyon to get them back.
