A drug deal goes wrong. The Kasanjian gang is scammed when they try to make a deal with undercover agents. Everything spirals out of control and a bloody gunfight ensues. LA detective Rossi sees his partner brutally shot just as the mobsters manage to escape. More than ever, Rossi wants to bring the Kasanjian gang to a halt. But Rossi isn't the only one chasing the gang. Taxi driver Billy, a one-man combat machine who was once a member of the Special Forces, also has a job with the gang when his sister, who has a relationship with one of the gang members, suddenly disappears. Rossi and Billy, unable to air each other at first, decide to join forces...
