Seen on Blu-ray from the Arrow Empire of Screams boxset.
We follow Steve Armstrong (Satterfield) as he enters an intergalactic boxing tournament with aliens. He's the first human to participate in 50 years. He quickly becomes a crowd favorite, much to the chagrin of Rogor (Alaimo), the big boss of the underworld. He's also the manager of Horn, the undefeated champion of the past six years. Rogor will do anything in his power to make Steve lose.
I recognized Marc Alaimo from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. The opening and credits soundtrack by Richard Band is truly magnificent. Otherwise, it's entertaining 80s pulp, fun to watch.
