Kevin White (Jeff Wincott) is a cop in the San Francisco Police Department's drug unit. His brother Jack (Gary Hudson) works as a cop in LA. Both are incredibly well trained in the most dangerous martial arts. But things haven't worked out between the brothers for years. Things go really wrong when Jack takes the wrong side of the law. During a family visit, Kevin tells about a gigantic $20 million drug deal. Jack tries to cash in on this deal and traps his brother's contact.
