Ici et Ailleurs plot

In 1970, Godard started shooting a film about the Palestinians, which would be called Jusqu'a la Victoire. He dropped out and resumed the project six years later, having the Arabic tape translated and questioning the words and the images, because all the (anonymous) characters were dead by now. The result is a critique of cinema itself and media portrayal.
