Out of this world bad. I almost have no words for it.

And that people dare to give more than 1 star for this... well...

Qualitatively a lot less than the three previous parts, especially because the most prominent cast members are put forward as miscasts. Edward Furlong is not at all intimidating as protagonist and Tara Reid (again) falls well below the lower limit, which gives the impression that she is only there because of her looks. Lance Mungia's direction is also considerably less atmospheric. Colorful sets and/or misty streets are exchanged for dry and withered environments and ugly backgrounds, only the details within the architecture are suitably charming. A lot of characters get into a loud fight with each other here and yet Wicked Prayer comes across as particularly boring, with only an entertaining finale to provide the whole thing with some life.
