Summer vacation is just around the corner for Theodore J. Detweiler, better known as TJ, and he can't wait for the school to finally close its doors. A few days later, however, TJ discovers that nearly all of his friends are leaving for summer camp, and his ideal vacation is in danger of falling apart. On one of his forays through the city, he walks by the school and accidentally discovers that the crazy former principal has plans to cancel summer vacation next year.
