"If you gonna tell a story, come with some attitude."
Film about the life and music of the legendary trumpeter and jazz composer Miles Davis. The story is set in New York in 1979, when Davis (Don Cheadle) wanted to revive his career after a five-year hiatus. For this he collaborated with a reporter (Ewan McGregor) from the American music magazine Rolling Stone. The tumultuous years with the love of his life, Frances Taylor (Emayatzy Corinealdi), are also discussed. Davis died in 1991 at the age of 65.
