L'Amour à Vingt Ans plot
"The Intimate Secrets of Young Lovers"
An international quintuple with the central theme 'twenties and love'; the five episodes are directed by five different directors from five different countries. The French episode ("Antoine et Colette") is the sequel to Les Quatre Cents Coups, and thus the second part of the Antoine-Doinel series; the Italian episode is about a young man who is simultaneously in love with a young and an old woman; in the Japanese episode, a young worker desperately tries to win the love of a classy girl; in the German episode, a photographer accidentally makes a girl from Munich pregnant, and in the Polish episode, finally, an elderly man tells about his war past to a group of teenagers, after they saw how he saved a girl's life.
